In July 2024, we designed and built a single family residential house in  Southern province, Kamonyi district, Rugalika sector, sheli cell

The house has the following components

4 bedrooms, 1 seating room, 1 dining room, 2 bathrooms, 1 study room, 1 kitchen, 1 kitchen  porch and 1 verandah on

Particularly, we designed this building in such way that there is a top slab which accessible from the ground level

The total estimated cost of the project is 32 Millions Rwandan Francs

We are building in phases due the financial capacity of the client

The plot was located downside the road, we built a 1.2 m high stone foundation on rear side to reach the bench mark

Current stage

We used 5000 pieces of dry mud bricks known as RUKARAKARA, to elevate both interior and exterior walls

The building is now covered by the roof sheets, and external doors and windows are fixed,

At this level, the cost of the project is 12,500,000 RwF, 12.5 Millions Rwandan francs
