On GAHANGA, RWABUTENGE construction site, we have finished the formwork, steel works, and concrete casting of the first floor. At this stage every step was done strongly do that we have no any failure during the concreting casting. We selected the best sand (Kayumbu), the best aggregates and good cement of 42.5 N/mm2 and fresh water. Design mix ratio of 1:1:1.5

This works has taken 3 weeks to cast the concrete. The electrical and plumbing installations were installed before placing the concrete. Now on this date of 17 December 2024, we are setting out the rooms of the first floor. We are respecting the blueprint of the designed rooms. The dimensions of each room was respected by following the structural frame members. We selected the durable, and strong burnt bricks.
