In the beginning of August 2024, we started the construction of G+1 residential house in Kigali , Kicukiro Gahanga sector, Rwabutenge cell.

This house will accommodate 3 families:

The ground floor will accommodate the independent family; 1 sitting room, 1 dining room, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 verandahs, and The second floor will accommodate two independent families;

Each house of the first floor has;

1 seating room, 2 bedrooms, 1 dining room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 2 balconies

The estimated budget of the completed project is 86Millions Rwandan Francs.

The plot is located downside of the road and, it touches the intersection of two roads.

By the excavator machine, we removed the top cultivable soil, we put aside but nearby the plot because it will be refilled in the house under the sub base

This has led to the construction of 2.5m high retaining wall to elevate the house to the road level.
